Fancy Friday: Cases, Coasters and more

As a Social Media Manager, I spend hours on end scouring the web and falling in love with so many different things that I come across. Sometimes these 'things' don't fit into any category but are uniquely wonderful on their own. Whether it's a beautiful design, a cool product or a website that is worthy of sharing, Fancy Friday is a weekly round-up of those 'things' I fancy.

Here we go:

1) Lekue Decopen: Create fancy designs in chocolate to top off your cakes, cupcakes, and desserts. Simply grab a baking sheet, melt some chocolate and get creative! Do you enjoy white, milk, or dark chocolate the best? $24.50

2) iPhone Cases: How adorable are both of these? The one on the left is from Anthropology. The one on the right is by Cath Kidston and I just bought it! You can pick one up at the Apple store. (Super adorable and perfect for summer...L O V E!)

3) Kinsa Smart Thermometer: This one's definitely for the techie. This thermometer comes with a headphone jack so you can plug it into your smartphone. The app that comes along with the device will not only tell you your temperature but will also let you know if others in your area are having similar symptoms. Maybe there's a stomach flu going around? Or allergies? The app will keep track of your health overtime with your own personal profile. If that wasn't enough, you can also plug in your doctor's information to easily schedule an appointment directly from the app. Oh technology...

4) DIY Citrus Coaster: These adorable coasters are made with felt and are perfect for summer.  See more ideas that I love by the Purl Bee here.

5) Huggies Tweet Pee: Another somewhat ridiculous gadget. Get a tweet when your babies needs a diaper change. Thoughts?

6) Tape Dispenser: Looks most beautiful with Washi tape. Swoooon!

7) iShower Bluetooth Speaker: Music makes everything better...and who doesn't love singing in the shower? This water-resistant speaker is compatible with most of the popular smartphones (iPhones, iPods, Androids etc.) and lets you stream music from playlists, music apps or even favourite online services. (I guess this includes Songza...epic!) You can sure it in the shower, by the pool or even next to you at the beach! $99.99

The COOLEST Velcro Hacks

Get ready for some serious Velcro inspiration!
Today I'm showing you some of my favourite Velcro hacks.

Fancy Friday: Harvard, Burgers and more

As a Social Media Manager, I spend hours on end scouring the web and falling in love with so many different things that I come across. Sometimes these 'things' don't fit into any category but are uniquely wonderful on their own. Whether it's a beautiful design, a cool product or a website that is worthy of sharing, Fancy Friday is a weekly round-up of those 'things' I fancy.

Here we go:

1) Banana Slicer: Remember the strawberry slicer I showed you last week? This little gadget is for your bananas! I love adding banana to my yogurt so this would definitely speed up the process.
2) Harvard Law Sweater: I'm proud to say I graduated from McGill University but Harvard is definitely quite cool ;)
3) Crochet Fringe Cotton Hammock: As I've mentioned before (here), I love a good hammock. They are so relaxing! This woven cotton hammock features a lacy, tasseled fringe and makes an enchanting addition to any outdoor space. I'd love to curl up with a book or take a nice nap :)
4) Picnic Wine & Snack Table: Can you tell I'm itching for summer? I can't wait to enjoy the hot outdoors. This little bamboo table would sure come in handy when sharing a nice glass of wine.
FYI, the legs fold in for easy storage & transport. Cute, right?
5) Hello Sexy Pillow: Well, hello to you too... ;)
6) Blair Waldorf: I love this gal and this photo.
7) Hamburger Wrapping Paper: How funny and creative is this? Set of paper includes: a bun, hamburger, cheese, lettuce, and tomatoes, all of the components of a delicious cheeseburger... yum!
8) All You Need is Love and More Coffee iPhone Case: My cousin showed me this cute case the other day and I love it! Very true :) (see more cases I love here)

Ampersand Design Studio

Carrie & Morgan are the two gals behind the full-service Ampersand Design Studio. They specialize in surface pattern design, identity design & stationary products. All of their products are bright, colourful and super cheerful. Just up my alley :) After stumbling across a few of their items over Pinterest, I found myself exploring their entire website, Etsy shops & services. I wish I could post all of their products but there's just too much! Here's some of my favourites:

2) Prints - I'm loving all of these! Positivity mixed with colour is always a good thing.

3) iPhone Cases: You know those people who look at racks of shoes and drool? This is my rack of shoes. Serious eye-candy. As I've mentioned before, (here and here) I have a serious love & addiction for iPhone cases. I WANT THEM ALL!

iPhone Cases: Rifle Paper Co

There are certain people who buy a case or two for their iPhones. I'm not one of these people. I have this weird obsession with buying new cases and have accumulated many many over the years. I've seriously been this way since my first cell phone. I find the change not only exciting, but it makes me feel like I have a new phone...anyone else feel this way?
