Ampersand Design Studio

Carrie & Morgan are the two gals behind the full-service Ampersand Design Studio. They specialize in surface pattern design, identity design & stationary products. All of their products are bright, colourful and super cheerful. Just up my alley :) After stumbling across a few of their items over Pinterest, I found myself exploring their entire website, Etsy shops & services. I wish I could post all of their products but there's just too much! Here's some of my favourites:

1) Black & White Platters (these should have been included in my Serve in Style post)

2) Prints - I'm loving all of these! Positivity mixed with colour is always a good thing.

3) iPhone Cases: You know those people who look at racks of shoes and drool? This is my rack of shoes. Serious eye-candy. As I've mentioned before, (here and here) I have a serious love & addiction for iPhone cases. I WANT THEM ALL!

Fancy Friday: Shelves, Strawberries and more

As a Social Media Manager, I spend hours on end scouring the web and falling in love with so many different things that I come across. Sometimes these 'things' don't fit into any category but are uniquely wonderful on their own. Whether it's a beautiful design, a cool product or a website that is worthy of sharing, Fancy Friday is a weekly round-up of those 'things' I fancy.

Here we go:

1) Pixel Hand Mouse: For the computer geek :)
2) Breakfast Tray: Treat yourself or guests to a relaxing morning in bed with this breakfast tray. I love the compartments on the sides, perfect for magazines or an iPad. See more fun trays in my Serve in Style post from a couple weeks ago.
3) Love Clipboard: Comes with a notepad, a pencil and the clipboard. Cute!
4) Packed With Love: This sticky paper tape will turn any gift into a winner!
(especially for those of you who aren't the best gift wrappers haha)
5) Bunk-bed For Dogs: How spoiled could a dog get? My little Jesse would love this!
(Oh, and all dog owners should read this)
6) Chat Plates: Quirky and charming, these plates were designed to resemble conversation bubbles. Perfect for serving little meals or snacks.
7) Equilibrium Bookcase: How cool is this bookcase?
8) Strawberry Slicer: Here's an easy way to cut perfect strawberry slices in an instant. This handy kitchen helper creates up to 8 slices with one, quick downward motion. Perfect for fruit salads, sundaes, or adding to your yogurt.

Serve in Style: Trays

Whether you're having breakfast in bed, serving yummy cocktails or displaying different types of cheese, you've got to present it on a cute tray! (even if it's just for you) Here are some of my favourites from around the web.

1) Maisonnette: Carry it, Serve it, Use it. Love this portable little thing!

2) Laptop Lap Desk / Breakfast Serving Tray: Being a Social Media Manager, I'm on call 24/7 and I'll admit, I use my laptop in bed way too often. This comfort tray is dedicated to my fellow workaholics and those who can't resist a sweet breakfast in bed.

3) Wilton Armetal Bouclé Round Tray: Add a stylish touch to your dining room with this round tray cheese board. This tray will make any cheese look beautiful.

4) Printed Tray: Make it POP with this colourful tray. Perfect for a cheerful breakfast :)

5) Freestroke Tray: Black & White. Simple & Modern. This seems like a great DIY project for a non-experienced painter. (Pin-it for later)

6) Le Petit Dej' Breakfast Tray: I like these...both colours. Especially the flower holder!

7) Gold Glitter DIY Tray: You can never go wrong with GOLD & GLITTER. I'd love to make this one day.

8) Chalkboard DIY Tray: Another great DIY project. All you need is a porcelain platter, chalk paint, a brush and an oven. It's perfect for serving cheese, cookies or any other goodies you'd want to label.
